The solution of oligonucleotides composed of 20 deoxythymidylic acid residues. Hybridizes to the poly(A) tail of mRNA and can be used as a primer for first strand cDNA synthesis with reverse transcriptase.
The primer is supplied in distilled water at a concentration of 50 μM (0.3 μg/μl).
