smART RT-qPCR Kit, plus ROX Solution is a complete system for efficient synthesis of first strand cDNA and qPCR with ROX dye as passive reference. Kit contains smART Reverse Transcriptase with increased thermostability and processivity. The real time qPCR is performed with easy to use SG qPCR Master Mix (2x).
