Exo-BAP Mix is used for enzymatic PCR cleanup prior to sequencing and Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP) analysis. It allows quick and effective removing of any unconsumed dNTPs and primers remaining in the PCR product mixture. It contains two selected enzymes, thermosensitive bacterial alkaline phosphatase and Exonuclease I in specially composed storage buffer.
