Thermostable, recombinant DNA polymerase from Thermus flavus, suitable for applications requiring high temperature synthesis of DNA. Efficiently synthesizes DNA at elevated temperatures. Can be used for high temperature DNA sequencing. Polymerase has broader Mg2+ ions concentration tolerance than Taq DNA polymerase. Can be used for amplification of nucleic acids in PCR and LCR reaction.
