Perfect Plus™ 50-500 bp DNA ladder is ready to use DNA ladder for sizing small DNA fragments. Ideal for sizing linear double-stranded DNA during agarose gel electrophoresis. Consists of 5 bands with sizes of 50, 100, 250, 400 and 500 bp. For easy reference, the DNA fragment at  250 bp is three times brighter than the other bands in the ladder. Supplied in ready-to-load buffers containing tracking dyes. No additional preparation before loading is required.
