The Perfect™ Tricolor Protein Ladder is a prestained protein ladder, composed of precisely spaced recombinant bands, for sizing polypeptides ranging from 10 kDa to 245 kDa. The Perfect™ Tricolor Protein Ladder has twelve bands corresponding to protein size: 11, 17, 20, 25, 35, 48, 63, 75, 100, 135, 180 and 245 kDa. The 25 kDa band is covalently coupled to a green dye while the 75 kDa band is covalently coupled to an orange dye. The remaining bands are covalently coupled to a blue dye.
