smART RT-PCR Kit is a complete system for efficient synthesis of first strand cDNA and PCR. Kit contains smART Reverse Transcriptase with reduced RNase H activity, increased thermostability and processivity. The second strand synthesis (PCR) is performed with OptiTaq DNA Polymerase.
