Thanks to its onHybrid hot-start DNA Polymerase and SYBR Green I chemistry, it delivers reliable amplification directly from difficult templates — purified DNA, crude lysates, tissue extracts and undiluted cDNA — even in the presence of common inhibitors such as heparin, hematin, polysaccharides, polyphenols, salts, humic acid or cell culture media. A built-in blend of passive reference dyes (ROX and fluorescein) and room-temperature reaction setup make it convenient and broadly compatible.
