Modified Random Hexamer Primers are ready-to-use in strand displacement amplification of genomic DNA, plasmids, BACs, fosmids or phages. Modified Primers contain modified nucleotide bonds that  are resistant to 3’→5′ exonuclease activity of proofreading DNA polymerases.
