In the case of PCR/RT-PCR inhibition while working with problematic plant species or under the biotic or abiotic stress, that induces phenolics production, we recommend the lysis buffer exchange in Universal DNA/RNA/Protein Purification Kit cat. no E3597 and Universal RNA Purification Kit cat. no E3598 according to the instruction provided in the manuals.
